🎯 The Role

As a Safer Gambling Executive, you’ll be a vital part of our Responsible Gaming team, protecting players and promoting a culture of safety. Your work will directly impact thousands of users by:

  • Proactive Monitoring: Identifying risky behaviors using advanced tools and enforcing RG policies.
  • Player Support: Engaging directly with customers to assess habits and prevent harm.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring adherence to UKGC/MGA regulations and maintaining audit-ready records.
  • Collaboration: Partnering with Customer Service, Legal, and Marketing teams to escalate cases and refine strategies.

🕒 Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5 days/week (flexible days based on business needs).

🔍 What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

  • 2+ years in online gaming/customer support (RG experience is a huge plus).
  • Fluent English + exceptional communication skills (additional languages welcome!).
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong prioritization in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of UKGC regulations and RG best practices.

Nice to Have:

  • Passion for poker, sports betting, or online gaming.
  • Curiosity about tech innovations and player protection trends.
