  • Strategic Leadership: Serve as the primary HR advisor to FBG’s Presidents of Casino, Sportsbook, and VIP, shaping org design, talent development, and leadership coaching.
  • Global Compliance: Mastermind HR policies aligned with employment law across multiple jurisdictions (US, EU, etc.) and oversee immigration processes.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics to diagnose talent gaps, predict risks, and launch initiatives that boost retention and performance.
  • Culture Catalyst: Design programs to elevate leadership capabilities, foster DE&I, and amplify Fanatics’ employer brand.
  • C-Suite Partnership: Influence executive decision-making with actionable insights on workforce planning, succession, and employee engagement.

Core Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in strategic HRBP roles, preferably in gaming, tech, or high-growth startups.
  • Proven success partnering with C-suite executives to drive organizational change.
  • Expertise in global employment law (US/EU) and immigration processes.
  • Advanced skills in HR analytics tools and data storytelling.
  • Exceptional EQ, with a track record of coaching leaders and resolving complex employee relations issues.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Casino/Sportsbook/VIP operations or regulated industries (gaming, finance).
  • Fluency in cross-functional project management and M&A integration.
