As Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll shape exceptional guest experiences while driving business success:
- Guest Excellence: Deliver 5-star service, ensuring every visitor leaves thrilled.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor staff to exceed performance targets.
- Operations Mastery: Oversee daily workflows, cash management, and compliance (health/safety, gaming regulations).

🔍 What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 1+ years in customer service/hospitality (gaming/retail a plus!).
- Leadership flair with a knack for motivating teams.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and 10-hour shifts.
